where did you get the kit for your blower and how much did it cost? Is it a universal kit to fit any blower I have a farm king 84" on my t1510 new holland. Nice job your doing anyway.

Is that the 47" or the 54". The 54" version of that blower is what I am going to buy for my 2520 if I can ever sell my rear unit.

Yes, we had a bunch of snow during the last holliday season but now we don't have nothing even though we're not on grass yet. For your info, it's the 47 version of the JD blower. It's appropriate for my home driveway. It is working fine w/ the X595, plenty of power...
Wow, you're running an 84" blower on the t1510? I thought the max for that was a 64". How does the tractor handle the extra 20"?

It has a good load if the snow is 18" or more however with the hydro trans you move at the speed it handles it at. Mostly here we only get 5 or 6 inches at a time so I very seldom have to slow down to much. Also after the first cut you only have to take 3/4 or so of the machine cut. I had this on my 730 case oridginally. A front mount for my tractor is 6200 dollars new, no chance of that happening. Sure would be nice to look forward though instead of craning your neck all the time.
Okay, that makes sense then! Mine is a 64" and I have yet to stall it (also hydro) during normal blowing, but we don't get much snow at one time either. I can, however, make it grunt when I'm removing piles of snow.
I bought my rear blower instead of a front for the same reason - hard to believe they cost that much! I use my FEL mounted plow more than the blower, but it's nice to have the blower when I need to clean up after the plow. Maybe someday I too will have a front mounted blower. I'd like to have a cab too, but I think the cab would come first!
BTW - nice avatar! I have about 1-2 months before I can get my bike out.

Thank you, yes I am looking forward to summer as well, charged up the battery in my bike and fired it up in the shed, but driving is still 3 months away at least up here. Sorry when I asked how much should have looked at the page before with the info attached My mistake:thumbdown:
