Since I woke up after a short nap, I decided to apply weather stripping on our front door since the temperature has dropped. This made be hungry, so I decided to make myself a Sausage, cheese, and tomato Biscuit.
OK then, back to Watcha eating?
Lima beans with home made salsa and a big salad. Carrot cake muffin for desert.
What is this home made salsa you speak of? Sounds interesting.
Wishbone Italian dressing marinated chicken breasts, is one of 2-3 best ways I've ever cooked chicken. You need at least 4 hours, the vinegar breaks down the connective tissue, whether you grill or bake/broil, or whatever they will melt in your mouth. It also cuts cooking time in about half.
I have one of those little hand cranking food processors, and first I add fresh garlic and jalapeño peppers and give it a few swirls then add about three Roma tomatoes, 1/4 onion, 1/2 of a lime juice, 1/4 cup cilantro, salt and pepper. I swirl it till it's a chunky salsa.
Sound great. I've been looking for a recipe for salsa.
Don't be stupid! Get a cultural exchange permit and a government grant, then you can go exchange cultures on special occasions, such as your fifth anniversary with Beyonce', Yo!![]()
