I spent 20 years in a truck garage, one customer backhauled scrap iron to melt and make their cast iron pipe. I have removed just about anything you can imagine from their tires. The absolute hardest thing to remove from a radial truck tire is a spark plug. That being said I have dug everything from car door handles to pitch forks out of their tires. Wrenches, brick hammers, trailer hitch balls, bolts, nails, screws. Dang I forgot how much I hated tire work.
