The new house in SoCal, sitting on 10.5 aches: rock and weeds but it will come around and be home.
The view from the front door, soon to be a Farmers porch all the way around.:
The side view toward backyard, the closest neighbor and that is only their out building:
The other side yard: this should lend itself to one of two things, either a Solar Field of Panels or a great small Grape Vineyard.
Back Yard, will be opened up a little more, full outdoor kitchen going in:
Outdoor kitchen I want, will wait and see, the shop first:
The new shop, at least a stick drawing.
Armstrong Steel Building, any comments please, maybe I need to start a thread on Armstrong Buildings...
32 wide, 36 deep, side bay is 10 x 36 with a shed roof.
There you have it, what the Wife and I WILL be moving to.
I am finishing up here in MA, doing some of the stuff to the house that did not get done over the last 34 years, almost done.
Will not be long and I will be a California Dude lol !
I put in a new shed, 12 x 10 and an additional of 12 x 16, big shed, and now will be moving, wasted my time and money but hope if will help with the sale.
Did some power washing, new to me - never did it before, wow is all I can say. I think that will be a tool I will buy for the new house.

Our place in farm country, a Lindal Cedar Home built in 1990 and we bought it in 1994. 2+ A's about 2/3's forest. Henry.

Panoramic view from the deck of the garage/barn. 72 acres, about 15 pasture, the rest woods on the side of a pretty steep hill. Creek with native trout about 150 feet below the treeline in the pic bisects the property. The property was previously owned by my grandparents, and my dad.
