black bears eating all me field corn.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, so this year a bear(s) ate every last bit of my field corn. I've seen this bear several times around the corn field And peppered his arse with bird shot and he keeps coming back. Now the cows and turkeys have no corn.

He smart too, guess he knows its gun season

The field is an electric barbed wire fence. Any tips on keeping him out. Other than rigging the fince to fry him on contact lol , kidding.

If what looks like plastic that he's standing on is insulating him from the ground, he won't get a shock.

Corn feed bear must be quite tasty. We like to get them here while they are still on the wild fruit, but before they get on the salmon. Make great stew.

Contact your state wildlife department that regulates deer, bear etc. They should issue you a kill permit for crop damage. Then eat the bear. Paybacks.

There are 6 strands of wire. Only 1, 3 and 5 appear to be live. 2, 4 and 6 (on the bottom) don't have insulators, therefore, I think they are not live. Anyhow, pretty funny and determined. I have groundhogs do the same thing at my garden.
