Nice pic's...We just got our power back after 5 days without. We had a big storm come in last Saturday and dumped 18" over night. We've gotten about another 10"-12" since then.

Having a tractor has been a life saver. We would have been snowed in otherwise!

...And more is on the way.

Northland.......I think it's time to get that blower before you can't find the tractor for snow. Garry;)

I hear you Garry. I lost the Woods 60" one in Michigan as someone else scooped it up before I could get there. I have 2 used 60" to go look at in the next few days.

If it was the beginning of the season I would probably break down and buy a new one but I just had my old fireplace ripped out and one of these installed- HearthStone Wood Stoves

That cost me a whack of dough but the wife was always complaining about the house being too cold. Given I have a forest of maple trees and a tractor to harvest all that wood I coudn't stomach paying the hyrdo company to crank up the baseboard heaters.

Hi there, thought I would chime in on the snow removal chores as I just got back in the house after cleaning up today's snow fall. I'm in Valdez, Alaska and boy do we get the snow here. 300 to 500 inches a year! Anybody doing the math that is 25 to 40 feet. Once it starts snowing in November it doesn't melt until May, just keeps piling up. After awhile we start really having to work to find a place to stack it all. I have a JD3320 in the winter I run a three point mounted PTO driven snow blower, up front I switch between the standard loader bucket and my big snow push. That combination works good for me. I've added one set of wheel weights. Here are some photos from today.

I think you need a cab!

Ha Ha, I like my canopy, cab seems too closed up for me. If I'm lucky I can always throw the snow with the wind, makes it go farther.
