xring100, that is an impressive log, by time you split that tree you'll have quite a pile of wood.

Had the 961 out for a few hours brush hogging and cleaning up the fence rows between fields. Used the Kubota to unload the fuel barrel after I filled it up but that's the only use it got today.

I got in 2 hours with the 3930 and 72" RFM this morning. I was about half way through, and had planned on sticking with it until I finished, but about 1130 Mamma came over to tell me to call work. It turned out I didn't have the day off after all:confused: I'm happy to make the hours, but I don't like the last minute stuff. They are cooking hot wings in the kitchen right now. That makes up for some of it.

Thanks fortunately I only ended up with a 16 " and about a 19" piece this diameter. above that the tree split of into 4 limbs with the smallest about 16" diameter up to 21" your right I'm going to have a lot of wood one of limbs was dead and overhanging my neighbors barn. He choose to have the whole tree removed.

Thankfully the rest is more manageable in size I didn't think id ever say id be happy to split 20" rounds

****. I always thought I was getting something done when I worked four rows at a time. How many rows does 63 feet cover?

Today's seat time involved more time out of the seat than in it. With a few thunderstorms coming through this past week, there were a lot of branches down that needed to be cleaned up. We will get an assist out of the Stihl for this one...

Lots of bucketloads of branches...

A few that were worthy of being logged out for eventual use in the fire pit...

One large branch that I balanced on the bucket to get to the burn pile...

The burn pile gets just a little bit bigger...

And, at the end of the day, I got the loader off, the rotary cutter hooked up, greased up, and the tractor fueled up so it is ready to go. But that is another project, another day. But more seat time to look forward to with that next one...
