I have one, I purchased four hickory handles, One for a splitting mall, A palaski, A single bit axe and a hudson bay axe from Beaver tooth handle co. in Tennessee, Their handles are top notch and ready for a proper coat of boiled linseed oil. Most handles out there have varnish which is not for tool handles unless you want blisters.
I bought a Oregon chain saw bar for my stihl 390 from ebay.

I am a sucker for vintage american made tools and was looking for a drill press that can use morse taper drill bits up to 2", I found a champion blower and forge 21" DP on craigslist that was heading for scrap if someone didn't want it. I paid $200 and brought it home. This thing had sixty years of crud and multiple paint layers, When I bought it, It had been sitting outside with the rain sun and snow for who knows how long but as I mentioned before I am a sucker.
I am still not finished there is a broken bevel gear that I sent off to a machinist to rebuild.

I'd say toss that one into a new thread, not a bad idea. Walmart though?
No way dude, that's not the objective of the post. Keep the walmart ads to yourself also. That place isn't to be lauded for selling American made products.
