I agree, put it on the other side and see what happens.

Yup! When the Arms are almost to the highest position they should Pull on the Rod releaving the pressure to the Control valve Plunger. Mine does anyway!

potential problem found

Mine looks just as the one on Carey's tractor looks

Update - I reattached the feedback pin part to its proper location and saw my 3 point lift my Box blade all the way up like it should and the limiter rod prevented further raising.
Thanks for sharing the knowledge and pictures that helped me debug that issue.

I have another issue that started recently.

My FEL is not lifting smoothly anymore, it sort of stutters during movement, sortof like there are bubbles in the hydraulic line.

I also noticed that the Hydraulic fluid on the dip stick is rather milky looking now and seems to have occured at the same time as the stuttering started.

I think I might need to drain all the fluid out of the tractor and the auxiliary tank on the FEL as it seems it should not be milky like that and I did not drain the fluid
when I got the tractor since it was working fine at the time.

I am thinking that the auxiliary tank had bad fluid in it and now that I have been using it, it has spread to the transmission.

Not sure what to make of the milkiness and what it could be?
Any ideas/suggestions?

How/where do you dispose of Hydraulic fluid?

Could you give a little more information about the auxiliary tank? Does your loader have it's own pump or utilize the main hydraulic pump? If your fluid is milky is has water in it. Good chance your suction strainer is stopping up. #4 here. Yanmar Tractor Parts: HYDRAULIC_SYSTEM

No idea how you get rid of used lubricant in California.

The loader has a tank mounted on its right side vertical support where the controls are and its plumbed into the hydraulic pump on the front of the tractor, with another hose going to the transmission.
It looks like its spliced into hose 13 in your diagram with the pump side going through a filter and into the controls and the controls going into the tank, and a pickup near the bottom of the tank going to the transmission.
The tank is vented on top with a cap that prevents rain getting it.

It doesn't take much to lose me and you did. I am understandng you have a pump in front of the radiator, is that correct?

I am sure not understanding how the auxiliary tank and transmission housing are sharing the same fluid. Can't understand how the level could be maintained in the transmission.

It really isn't necessary for me to understand your system. If it has worked correctley there would be no reason it shouldn't continue. Probably a fluid change, screen clean and you would be good to go.

I just came back after taking a careful look at the Hydraulics systems.
What I found was that the front PTO is driving a 2nd hydraulic pump for the loader and its a completely separate system from the one that comes with the Tractor.

So that tank on the side of the FEL is the primary Hydraulic fluid reservoir for the FEL and so with my leaky FEL hoses that I've been replacing it simply ran too low on fluid, hence the FEL stuttering. I added several quarts of fluid to it and its now happy again.

And with that I can say that every thing is working properly now thanks to guidance from the forum.
Still need to clean the screen and change out the fluid though.

Next I want to put my big turf tires on, for the first time, and see how it handles on the sand. They seem to be the same diameter as the Rice tires but 3 times wider and a less aggressive tread.

They are darn heavy so aligning the Bolt holes should be interesting.

Milky means water is in the stystem. Change all the fluid out to get rid of the water. May take 2 changes because of all the fluid in the lines and cylinders is still milky. make sure to flush the screen and change any filter that may be added as well.
