I added a horn... Air horn... I jumped first time I tried it. Ridiculously loud !! Not needed often but if I need it it's there. Wiper switch we'll call future use... For now.
I have yet to install it, but here is a shot of the MB60 thumb for 12 and 16 inch buckets only... It's almost as big as my 12" bucket and heavy !! I appreciate Mahindra offering a bolt on thumb for this class of tractor and a great example of how they took it to the Max....
There is a great company called bXpanded that will build custom piranha bars for other tractors, give them your bucket size, 50" in my case and they deliver. What you may not know is they do straight cutting edges if you ask them, advantage being same company, same holes used in your bucket for mounting. Less than 5minutes to change around. I cannot say enough about the company and product !! I spent 6 hours back dragging my gravel driveway with the straight edge and barely wore of the paint !! I used their holes and bolts for castors to move my loader when off the tractor easily, very handy. One castor bolted right on to my stand for a 3rd wheel, and I disconnected the loader with castors in place only I rolled the loader away from the tractor instead of backing out from it.
Here is my view with the rear camera... It is wired in with my reverse lights so when I back up it automatically switches to rear view from the normal front view mode. I also have a manual camera switch to over ride the automatic view in case I wanna watch what I am dragging behind me. Reverse light switch in manual mode acts as a low draw work light for behind the tractor, HID's only work when tractor is running, designed it that way to save the battery. This is my final switch layout in the control centre, has changed from other pics.
This is just the harness for all the switch plugs, every wire had to be crimped and fitted to the plugs, tedious job but allows panel to be removed for servicing.
Wow, that is a gold mine, thanks for the link! I have been hoarding some switches from an Isuzu chassis-cab commercial truck my dad bought in the 80's, but they all have a generic lightbulb symbol, and I am almost out of them.
This is one awesome setup you have! I am drooling over the heater and backup camera setup. Where do you have the monitor mounted? My dad is 71 and not as able to twist around and look behind.
