Maybe. I only have 21 pages of typed problems we've had with Charter Cable in 14 months. It took them more than 10 months just to get it work most of the time.:laughing: Everyone in this area is accustomed to seeing their service trucks. I guess they are providing employment for lots of people.:laughing:

Me, I am in the other camp. Out in the boonies, no where near a Comcast cable. Get 4 channels over the airwaves with an antenna. Love my Dish Network. And could care less about Faux News....

Thanks!!!! it worked for me as well. I had to be very persistent, ended up with $25 off for 3 months: Starz, Cinemax, and Showtime: and 5 free Pay Per Views. Asked for more but I think I had reached the limit, who Knows?

Ditto but I'm a softy didn't fight real hard. Got 3 months of $15 off and 3 free PPV certificates. Maybe I don't have as big a monthly bill as others and they use that as a criteria.

Same here, Charter was a constant nightmare with very poor service, we dropped it for satellite years ago and wouldn't go back at least in this area, very old infrastructure.
