Thanks for the tip.

Pro will calculate the area inside a polygon I believe. I can make could use of that.

Does google earth pro update more recently than google earth? Right now google earth is about 4 years behind in central Texas.

You can overlay the fema flood maps and measure elevations both to the flood zone and the difference between the two elevations. Great for measuring sq. Ft of a building.
