This is at the west coast of Norway and its not a very cold area, other places it can go down to below -40c if its a cold period.

Now I would like to know who makes the front tires on that tractor. I would like them as rear tires for my Junior. Great tread pattern - like a turf but with a little bite.

I keep forgetting that European Ag tractors do a lot more road work than most US tractors.

Those Valtra's are GREAT tractors! There's lot's of them around that have been trouble free, with high hours on them, I wish I had one! lol...

Yes, tractors are cheaper than trucks and wheel loaders, more versatile, no road taxes and much easier and cheaper to get a drivers license so you can find drivers quite easy.

And they dont go so much slower than truks, many reaches almost 60 km/h and when working speed dosent matter that much.

This combination of a large tractor, an heavy duty trailer with a 6 to 8t digger that climbe out and in on the trailer is the most common configuration for smaller jobs.
In the us the tractor based digger still has a market?
