Victoria Willis Point House For Sale Has Its Own Helipad (PHOTOS, VIDEO)


Found it interesting that this new home (in my area) boasts a shop/garage but mentions only ONE welding plug (prob 110v).

My shop is slightly smaller but has SEVERAL 50 amp weld plugs. Plus I'm probably happier (and better looking). Okay I made that last part up, but I like to think money isn't everything.

I wouldn't be surprised the author of the article knew much other than what the gleaned from an interview... especially on the number of the welder plug-ins i.e. capability of the shop. My guess is the shop was done 'right' considering the effort on other details shown. Beautiful country/view not too far from us. That place a little higher on the food chain though.

If you can afford to live there, why would you even need a welder? The car lift probably isnt for working on cars, its probably just for storage, so a car can be raised and one parked under it. If I owned that though, I wouldnt want to do any type of welding/burning in there anyway. WAY too nice for the mess it would make.

His shop is a bit bigger than mine, as mine is only 2760 feet, but I have 60amp welding outlets in mine, and plenty of them! lol

I also have a second story "look out tower".

With a deck that wraps around three sides of it,

And a pretty good view of the deer and turkeys that like to come by,

Well now - I was going to take the wife and make and offer but with only one welding plug that one is off the list.....

Who am I kidding, I could not afford the taxes on that place....
