No more deere, new massey 5611

I just looked up the specs on the 5611. Lift capacity of the FEL is 3307 pounds at 31" forward of the pivot pins!! Wow, I would like to have that capability! I'm even more impressed than I was.

Well get yourself a 710 like I have , an ya be able to lift 7100 Lbs. An the 710 doubles the weight. Like 23000Lbs.

Nice premium tractor. Top of the line. My biggest concern with any of the newer tractors are the electronics, computers, ETC.. and the needed maintenance and cost of keeping them after 10 or so years. Those features are certainly nice. I just don't know if the upkeep is gonna be as nice.

I dont think this engine has EGR, sweet!! Would explain efficiency. Im not terribly worried about reliability. This has no dpf, no regen, i think no egr, which means lots less to break. Dyna 4 is a proven tranny and this one is updated, if QC is maintained she should be good to go.

I thought the 5600 series come with SCR.. selective catalytic reduction emissions systems? But I'm often wrong when I go to thinking...

Yes. It has an scr with adblue (urea). That is assuming it's a current production machine.

Whats the warranty on the new Massey ? The thing that I saw with all of the new Massy tractors are the amount of exposed electronics , wiring. and hydro lines underneath . It would take a lot of shielding to cover all of that up

I think it's 2 years bumper to bumper, 5 yrs powertrain.
