Finally finished the complete thread, could have been made into a reality series, and I would not have missed an episode. Incredible undertaking, and I am so impressed. My little 1 acre pond doesn't seem so intimidating now.

Thank you. We've been mostly working on remodeling part of our house to create a canning/processing room where we used to store a bunch of stuff. Moving stuff from one place to another seems to be a never ending part of that project. Saturday, Karen had a surprise birthday party for me at the pond. I knew about her inviting some friends over for a get together, but didn't realize that she had created a secrete group on FB to organize a birthday party.

Tables and chairs are out and ready for the party

The gazebo is the perfect size for two 8 foot tables end to end allowing 20 people to sit together

After we ate, we started a fire in the fire ring that I recently bought at Sams Club. Some of the kids went fishing, some just played in the mud, and others went out on the raft. I had the zip line ready to go, but they all chickened out, and none of the adults where interested in going on it. It's a fair way up and a little scary if you are afraid of heights.

Main reason to share this picture is you can see where I've started building the pad for the Reception Hall that I'm planning on building to hold weddings at the Gazebo. It overlooks the entire pond and is probably the best view on the land.

I just re read the previous comments and realized that I never replied to them. The wedding went well, but a lot of us felt it would have been a lot nicer if it had been in the gazebo. She wanted it in the trees in front of the gazebo, and what bridezilla wants, she got. :)

This is a picture I took of the Wedding Gazebo back in the spring with my phone that turned out really nice, and what I've been using for my picture on FB
