I bet you do!

I had a survey done to settle some issues. Anyway, close neighbor was outside when surveyor came around. The line between us ended up defined within a few inches of the neighbors driveway, which due to hillsides, effectively cut him off from driving his mower on one side of his property. He was pissed off to no end. Surveyor right then said get your own dang line and run it right now. Well, of course, neighbor was proven wrong, surveyor right. Neighbor ranted and raved how he would have never bought this place if he would have known the line was where it was. Right, like it was my fault all along. Anyway, 5 years later, we have not spoken a word. I think he is still pissed at me for defining what is MY land. This all started because I asked him in the beginning to do nothing with the side lot. I found him spraying all kinds of herbicides which I did not want on my land (I knew it was mine but wanted it surveyed none-the-less.)
...
He argued that he "must own" to the full width of the driveway apron where it meet the street plus a few feet.
I got a survey. They pinned it where the arrow points to actual corner location. He immediately got a survey from a different firm. Same pin point. He gave up on the thought of widening the driveway.
...
Did he have to remove the portion of the driveway that was on your land?
