Easy. Stop buying from these Idiots and put them out of business. Any business with this many complaints where, the company blames the buyer's for all the problems needs to be out of business !

I found it very interesting when the owner of the business states that it is other dealers who are spreading stories about Agrison. From what I've read on the inter net about Agrison it's some buyers who are spreading the stories not other tractor dealers. Other tractor dealers I'd say are rubbing their hands together now after this article hit the newspaper stands. How could anyone in business state that there is a problem with the culture of the cusumer and they don't want to talk through the problems. Appears from the article and from those stories out there it's not the customers who don't wanna talk about the problems its the company management. I'm yet to see any customer who brought something brand new that didn't work properly not go back and talk about their problem with the seller. After reading some time back that Agri Angry chaps story on the inter net I can see now exactly what the problem is, it isn't the customer its the Company.

And if the comment that a new tractor is different from anything else new and they should change the law to reflect this means they want the law changed so the can stick customers with any rubbish they want astounds me. A new tractor is just the same as a new car, washing machine, fridge etc etc etc. if it is delivered faulty or damaged then it should either be replaced or a full refund given

I agree zonta223, try and tell a struggling farmer that his tractor is different to a new car, Take a struggling farmer who wants to replace his old tractor with a new one because he wants to keep an income coming in to support his family, the last thing he wants is a brand new tractor that begins falling apart as soon as he gets it and finds the dealer unwilling to talk to him about his problems. The Aussie way has always been getting a fair go and is always upper most in all Australians minds. I found the quote made in the article that there is a problem with the culture of the consumer as being very insulting to all who have brought problem tractors from Agrison. The Australian culture has always been a very proud one and I don't see how it should change to suit a company who wants to sell cheap Chinese Tractors. I hear that there are some more follow up stories on this company and its unhappy customers so will be well worth seeing what comes to light.

Hi all

I like the bit where Mr Yokus says "... Australian consumer laws should be changed so tractors were treated differently to other products." Love to be in court when he tries this line to a Judge in consumer law :)

Hi guys I am quite new to this forum. I have just bought myself a chinese tractor and yes i was sceptical for a while, there has been this constant bashing of chinese tractors...well products really. Every thing comes from china, and all machinery these days are coming from China including major international brands. I have posted before but feel the need to post again that the Agrison 80hp I recently purchased is made in the deutz fahr factory in china. and whats even more obvious is the overall quality finish, from the seals to the welding, paint job, hydraulic hoses is possibly the best I've seen on chinese tractors to date. I'm still in awe that i only paid $29,990 for it sorry don't want to be seen as a rant, but honestly chinese tractors have come a very long way and seeing as they are now even made in top factories with other international brands, could be the reason why they are evolving over time. very interested in hearing about everyone else and their experience with chinese tractors overall. would love to hear from you.
