Lol... I figured that was yer dad, I knew it wasn't you!

I don't think my tractor could pick that "little" log up like that... rated at 800 some odd pounds 24" behind 3ph pins.

What's your loader able to lift?

good to know my reputation precceds me :laughing:

loader at the pivot pin is just under 3200 lbs at full height, just over 4000 at 1.5m. with the SSQA it pushes the load about 4" futher than the standard 500 series carrier. rear lift is just under 3200 lbs 24" behind

Splitting some sugaring wood - this photo shows my splitter hooked up to my old International. The splitter was put together by a local machine shop forty years ago and still works well. They used a transmission from a scrap car to bring the PTO speed up to what the hydraulic pump requires. I can't remember the make of the car but I do remember it was an import.

I've been skidding some BIG sticks!

and I've been piling up some BIG loads too,

In fact so big, my tractor couldn't pull them up "sugar sand" hill, so I hooked the "skidding winch" wire rope to the doubles I was pilling, and winched the "doubles" up the hill,

Then re-hooked the tractor and snaked the loads out of the woods, to the road home!

NOW, that's some heavy loads!

That's handy. If you split it in the wrong place, you can put it in reverse and unsplit it.
