There's a term for those kids and it rhymes with cat. Not really, but you get the gist of it if you've been around since before this world turned all politically correct. Nowadays it seems the norm is to attack verbally using social media or physically as shown in the video with no recourse for defense by the victim. None of these punks have the cajones to actually face up to anyone. If they did they might just run into an old dude with enough pent up frustration to clean their clock.
