I used that Documoto, very neat little tool. Made a list and emailed it to myself, showed up with prices and everything. Question is, who can order all of these parts?

That is my understanding as well.

Why is that?

It makes life for do it your selfers more difficult and seems like it is a bit of an inconvenience for the dealers.
