I don't remove snow with any tractors but here is what I use. The red dodge has has been a great truck and used hard And put away wet since 04 , but it's just not dependable enough and is plagued by electrical gremlins and doesn't start in the morning without a jump box if it's below 25* . The Autocar is a beast, 4x4 , 240 hp 855ci cummins and 8LL eaton fuller only use it once roads freeze. And with the box full of cinders and rear chains it will move snow like a bulldozer. And then there is the blue dodge that I just put The plow on last week and held off since I bought it jan 14 actuall didn't even drive it in the winter until this year , after using the v plow I wonder how I got by without it .

I have never seen a rear mounted snow blower you drive forward with. Could you share more information and pictures and how does it work removing your wheel tracks?
Thanks

The tire tracks have never been a problem as others have said. I think since you go over it immediately, the snow doesn't have time to re-freeze so it stays soft and gets picked up by the blade on the blower. I have a 1000' drive and plow an additional 2500' of class 4 (non-town-maintained) road. I wanted a blower and a plow and I couldn't see backing up that far. It's been great!

For your snow blower you may want to consider adding a hydraulic cylinder on that deflector, really allows you to put the snow where you need to and opens up many of those tight spaces to blowing. Wouldn't be hard at all, that deflector is pretty much setup for it.

I added a longer deflector and a cylinder a few years ago and now I think it's almost as important as the chute rotation itself for usefulness. You can blow the snow down to the ground within 10-12 feet of the blower if setup right. This not only helpful in tight spaces but also when the wind is not in your favor, the farther you point the deflector down the less of a factor the wind is.

That's a good idea, but I only have one remote in the back and is a hydraulic swivel on the chute. Actually, I have a 1x3 Fasse valve on my rear blade. Maybe i could switch it over. I'm going to sell the blade anyway.

I'm curious about your 1x3 Fasse valve... do you have a link to a source and more description of how you use it? Pics would be great too.

Had 6" new snow overnight, and 30f temps today. I blew out a figure 8 in the arena and we hooked up all the horses on the cutter sleigh to work them one at a time. Had alot of fun.
Hopefully tomorrow will cooperate and we can get the larger sleigh out and work the horses as a team down the roads.
Keeping fingers crossed. I should outfit them with reindeer racks...... instead of just bells.
