Left front wheel fell off on my 5035

I'm surprised the dealer is going to repair this for you. I guess he could have told you you didn't follow your owners manual to check and re-torque them.
No white mark from the factory could mean they were not checked at the factory. Perhaps the selling dealer also forget to check them during his pre delivery inspection. Have you ever checked them. I'm sure it's in your owners manual to check them every so many hours. It is in the owners manual checklist for the last three tractors I've owned.

IfI hadnt got around to checking them. My own fault. But in my defense, out of everything I have owned in the past that has wheels that go roundy-roundy I have never experienced this problem. Some would say im lucky I guess. I can see where the paint on the rim gets wore in and "slack" occurs. Valuable lesson learned and a tough one at that for the simple fact that ive been putting the tractor through its paces with us building a new house and owning land thats be straitened up. Being without a tractor for a week or so after your use to being on it most every day is tough! I forget how helpful and useful it really is until im without it. Ill start checking the small stuff more often. Take care everyone

If its on the 1533 MF I wouldn't be supprised if your front axle is about to go... iv seen a few issues with those and my 1540 is now making a nice screeching noise while in 4wd.. most likely I got play in the driveshaft and will need to break in down soon... I only use the 4wd when absolutely necessary... I also hit the lugs about every 10 hours

usually only happens if you got stuck in the mud or had a low tire

Because of this thread, I checked my lug nuts today. All tight, but never hurts to check.
