I'm surprised the dealer is going to repair this for you. I guess he could have told you you didn't follow your owners manual to check and re-torque them.
No white mark from the factory could mean they were not checked at the factory. Perhaps the selling dealer also forget to check them during his pre delivery inspection. Have you ever checked them. I'm sure it's in your owners manual to check them every so many hours. It is in the owners manual checklist for the last three tractors I've owned.
