I just bought a Massey Ferguson industrial 30 tractor with a perkins gas motor. I would like to put a front end loader on it. Tractor data.com says that a mf34 FEL will fit. I haven't been able to locate one. Also, I haven't been able to find much data on the tractor at all. It appears to be comparable to an mf 165. Does anyone have any knowledge on this tractor?

AS for a loader, you maybe able to go with a koyker, westendorf, or farm king loader. These are add-on loaders. You tell them what tractor you have and they will sell you an adapter kit to make their loader fit your tractor. All three companies are on the internet if you Google them

Frankly, you would be better off selling it and buying one with a loader.
The hydraulics on that tractor are very low flow, so all factory loaders use the loader frame as a tank and run a pump that runs off of the crankshaft (the pump runs through a hollow spot in the front axle support IIRC).
Here is one that may be able to be made to work if you can handle it being very slow: International loader - farm & garden - by owner - sale

I'll challenge you on that. I have a koyker #5. The hydraulics for the loader are the regular tractor hydraulics and pump. The hydraulic hoses to the loader plug into the auxiliary hydraulics on the rear of the tractor. Yes it may not have the quick response of some new stuff, but I can lift 2-3 thousand pounds with it. I got it on an old allis Chalmers.

What tractor is it on?

Your tractor will have plenty of flow to run almost any FEL you can find to fit. It has waaayyy more flow than most tractors. It's rated @ 20 GPM/2125 PSI.

Might want to double check on that, while Tractordata lists that number, the Industrial 35 that Dad had got that number from the front pump that I mentioned (which used the loader frame as a tank), the pump in the transmission was very low GPM (2-5ish) and the power steering had its own separate pump.

I'm not worried about it being slow. I used to work on a farm that had a massey 204 and a 30b. The 204 had a continental gas and waw ok.
30b was a perkins diesel and was a workhorse. Both have pumps on the front of the motor and both handled loaders fine. I have a line on a loader off of a ford 4000. I'm going to check it out for fitment. Hopefully it's not too far off. Thank you all for your input.
If it has a front pump, it will be fine. If it just has the pump in the transmission it will be much slower than the ones you used in the past that had front pumps.

Industrial 30 MF come with the front pump. I'm not sure if they had different pumps that could be ordered at the time of purchase but I don't think so. Of course I don't think as well as I use to.

I tried to find some specs on the pump that fits the Ind 30 with no luck. The aftermarket pumps that fit don't give any specs as to the flow rating and a lot of them don't come with a relief valve. If the OP needs to know exactly might could go to agro and find out. As long as it works for what you want then it's good.
