Just by eyeballing it, I'd guess 8 gallons. Maybe more. Don't know how much the foam weighs compared to liquid. One possible negative about permanantly foaming it is can you lower the air pressure to deform the tire for better traction in soft soils? That may not be important for others, but I have sand, and have to run low pressure for traction out there. I pump em up for normal work.
Slime in a non-tubed tire makes a mess. I tried it and still got a couple flats. I haven't had to change a tire that I've tubed and put slime in....yet... :laughing: Anything's possible.

I don't know how old your 422 is but mine is 18 years old and the tire size is 23 x 10.5 by 12 not the size you mentioned. Both the 8.5 and 10.5 sizes are available almost anyplace that sells tires.
I was talking about the wheel size. I guess the same tire will fit both size wheels. I'm by no means a tire expert but I am hoping my tire guy is. I have been going to his shop for almost 20 years now. He seems to know what he's talking about.
