Y'all are waaaaaayyyyy off topic now.
I agree, trucks are getting so high they are decreasing in use-ability. The gooseneck on my horse trailer is at full compression to the shortest possible setting in order to sit level while on my stock 2011 F-250. I am over 6' tall and can't reach the middle of the bed over the side, so in order to hook up the chains and lock the ball I have to climb over the sidewall and under the gooseneck. There is no need of that and it is getting worse.
The current years' trucks are about three inches higher at the bed, so that is an issue. There has been no dramatic redesign of the F-250/350 brakes, load capacity, frame, etc. since 2011, so I don't buy those excuses. They are raising them for style, not necessity, and it is reducing their functionality in many ways.
