Just wanted to let everyone know what excellent service I have got from Messick's. I ordered from them a few weeks ago and the phone service was excellent. Last Wednesday afternoon I placed another order for some parts I needed for this weekend. They showed up Friday afternoon. Looks like my BX will be getting a work out after all this weekend.

Why have I been wasting my time with my local Kubota dealer. Prices are cheaper at Messick's and the service is way above what I get from the other place. So instead of driving 10 miles for parts I will be ordering them from a much better dealer 1000 miles away.

Thanks Messick's.

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!
BUT> the shipping cost is NUTS..
I ordered 8 gaskets from them.. asked them to just put it in an envelope & drop it in the mail..
The lady said NO PROBLEM.. Now most places wont deal w/ the Post Office.. its either FedX or UPS.. so THAT surprised me..
They didn't have ALL the gaskets that I needed but another supplier did.. I asked the same question.. "Can you just put'm in an envelope & drop it in the mail?" The response was the same, Sure, no problem..
When I got them.. 1 supplier charged me $2.00 for shipping.. $1.00 was CLEARLY MARKED on the envelope..
When I got the Messick's order>> I was charge $8.50!!!!!!
"Shipping" has become the new cash cow..

I just bent a 3pt. lower lift arm, so I called Messick's.
$217 for a new one..... I said ouch.....let me check on A&I pricing first.
Response was: "Oh we can check on that for you".
A&I price was $124.
My response: I think I will call A&I.
Messick's(Dale) "Oh we can order from A&I for you",..... and they did!
Will be here next week. Dropped shipped from A&I.
Shipping quote was $30. Maybe a bit steep for shipping, but that lower lift arm is heavy.
When I need parts, I think Messick's ONLY!

Yeah, they have always been great in my experience. Very good service, and you can tell they prioritize getting stuff to customers quickly and efficiently. I have two Kubota dealers within an hour drive, but in terms of my schedule and my free time, it always makes more sense to order parts from Messicks.

Another thumbs up for Messicks. Yes, the shipping charges are high but it still beats driving to my local Kubota dealer 130 miles away. Service is excellent - the guys who answer the phone are very helpful and really know their stuff.

Seems like a group love fest for Messicks.
I have a problem with them -
THEY ARE TOO FAR AWAY TO VISIT FREQUENTLY!!

I used to make trips up by them from Virginia to New York and would stop in.

Their shipping has always been outstanding, their support great. Years ago I needed a part (clamp?) for my Kubota. The OEM part was priced high, the salesperson suggested an identical non-Kubota part for a fraction of the price.

A Messicks pickup drove by my house last night. Nice to be close, lol.

What's A&E? Google only brings up the TV channel.
