Hello all. I have a mid 80痴 30hp gray market Mitsubishi. The 3 point works well as long as you don稚 raise it all the way up. When it is raised up all the way it does not relieve pressure.

I知 guessing it has two pressure reliefs since it relieves pressure fine when the 3 point is positioned anywhere other than full up.

Service manual is not available for the tractor (in English anyways). Any ideas on what the problem could be would be appreciated.

Check the feed back rod and adjust it just to stop just before the lift arm bottom out. It well be a small rod that is hooked to the lift arm and to a small lever that shuts the valve off, some have a small spring around the rod.

Did not see the feedback rod you mentioned. Guessing it is internal then? Can I unbolt the top cover and remove it without tearing anything up?? Thanks

No it's not internal. That's about all I can say because I never been up close to a Mitsubishi tractor. I would move the 3pt up and down and see if you see anything move with the upper lift arms. It is real easy to over look.

did Another quick check tonight. Still didn稚 see anything connected to the lift arms. There is a sensing rod on the third arm/top link bracket but I think that is for Draft control operationé*m I wrong on that???
I have tomorrow off so I will take another look 😩

Yes I would also guess that is draft control.

See page 48 in the manual by radios1.

Likely all Mitsu are the same.

The rod could have fallen completely off which could explain why you cannot find it.

Really appreciate the input guys. My model is a MT2501fd. Grey market so there isn稚 much support for them here.

I believe what you were referring to in the manual is what controls the lowering speed in the TPH. I have something similar in front of the seat.

While I believe there should be something somewhere to move the control valve to neutral position when TPH is full upI think my best option at this point is to remove the lift arms and rotate them a few teeth down or put a bolt in the position control lever to keep it from traveling to far. Either option would still allow me to get full travel on the TPH (first option would actually let me get a little lower when it痴 down) and would keep it from overpressurizing the system. Then I can monitor it and see if it gets worseeck there may not even be anything wrong with it, sprevious owner may have put the lift arms on a few teeth off at some point.

THANKS AGAIN THO. The assistance is/was appreciated.

Psæ‚* ran my hands all over the lift arms they were smooth with no indication of a missing linkage of any kind.

Thanks again!!!
