And I declare myself the winner, was grading the driveway and moved to a paddock where my wife had a coffee for me, turned the ttractor off, dropped the bucket and 3PL, took out earplugs and had a drink without getting of the tractor.
10 minutes passed and time to start up, earplugs in, fire up, bucket up and try to rverse, just wheel spinning and not going anywhere, drop it into 4WD and the same response, ground is flat and firm with a bit of loose dirt and I am just burrowing down.
Trying to work out what is going on and I realise that I have the grader blade down, feel a complete fool and Mrs is laughing.
Raise 3PL and make it much easier to move.

That's pretty tame compared to the stuff I've done. :)

I usually shut the tractor off before I drop the implement and immediately return the lever to the up position. Otherwise I forget to raise it every time.

Smart advice!!! I’ll do that as I forget from time to time. :)

Nah, that's a typical occurrence Mate... 3-4 separate occasions I've blissfully dragged my ballast box around a paddock.

And I'm not going to fool myself as I'll probably do it again in the future.

Yep, regular occurrence when I have my box blade on.

I thought sure the brake was engaged. Yet leaving the Grader Blade down is just as funny. I did that once with a Box Blade and ripped up an un planned place.

Have you drove into the garage door header yet with the ROPS ups?

Cheers,

I don't know if you've won.

I was doing some backhoe work, raised jacks and locked the boom. I didn't notice that the one jack had it's valve "slightly" engaged while I started doing loader work. At one point I was backing up thinking my machine wasn't responding as it should when I realized I had a 50 foot skid mark in the grass and I was driving backwards with one jack down.

Unfortunately for me the way I was turned in my seat and looking behind me while driving I didn't see that one jack dropping.
