The solstices are the longest and shortest days of the year...it seems contradictory that we start getting less sun at the beginning of Summer and start getting more sun at the beginning of Winter...

We just had our first 80 degF day and the days are now getting shorter. Not fair!

And NWS says our temperature is 80 degrees right now, but going for a high today of 99.
