With the tires binding like that there is definitely an issue with something. I would contact your dealer if you haven't already. That could create some major issues with the front axle, tractor frame or loader.

My relatively (less than 3 month old) XR4155HC doesn稚 exhibit the tire binding-iirc I have the stop bolts previously mentioned. I will have to look closer next time I get over to my Spokane property.

BTW-LS must have made a few small changes in the next model year ( I am guessing yours is a ?6)-I have 3 rear remotes and don稚 seem to have the odd curl issue with the FEL.

I am thinking of the speaker upgrade and wonder if you could elaborate on the issues you alluded to.

Good luck with all your projects! I am in the midst of septic system backfill at my place so the LS is getting a good workout!

PS-I ordered the beacon light through the dealer where I got my tractor and got it in less than 2 weeks. If youæ±*e still trying to get the three point lever PM me and I値l give you the name/number of the parts/service manager-maybe he can help you out.

I will send you the PM for the lever. Thank you.

I have a 2018 model. The floppy bucket is just something I have to get used to I guess.

The speakers: after I learned how to open the top of the cab, I started to think this was not such a good idea. There is absolutely no room up there! After I removed the old speakers, I had to dremel out the plastic, maybe 1/4in all around, for the new larger speakers. The speakers are held in place with small screws with nuts on the back. Trying to get those nuts on while balancing on a ladder, reaching around hoses and trying not to drop anything, was a major pain. But totally worth it.

As far as the stop bolts, I will need to research them. I am not familiar with them. I recently came in a shop manual, hopefully there will be something in there. Thank you!

Yes, I believe the angle stop bolts are there for the exact purpose of having some adjustment when adding the front end loader. Hard to believe any one would buy one without it.

Well, when you dont know, you dont know. I figured it was just part of the tractor to be aware of.

I am not seeing the stop bolts in the shop manual. Where on the front axle would they be located? I am not currently at my tractor, and wont be until later today. I am just trying to figure out where they might be. I probably will call the dealer, but I am not having very good luck with them for other things.

Thank you!
I think I did find it in the shop manual. It is not under the front axle section, but rather the hydrolic section. Go figure.
And, there is not much about it. Just a mention to make sure you measure it before removing it.

I went back and watched my last video again. I paused it at 0:52 and you can see the stop bolt. However, I paused it again at 2:23 (other side) and I think, that looks like a stop bolt turned all the way in? I didnt get a good shot of the front of the axle on that side. I will scope it out really well when I get home.

This has been absolutely wonderful! Thank you everyone who has contributed. I did not think this was an issue. I mean, I thought that was just the way this particular tractor operated :duh:. But due to this community, I have identified a potential catastrophic issue that requires resolving. So thank you thank you thank you!!

Cool Beans! I would think, that if out of adjustment, it would really stress out the hubs and possibly snap them.

Just posted an update video. This time, I explore the steering angle using a hastily put together steering angle finder I learned from ChrisFix. That did not work. However, I did find the steering bolts and now I am left with more questions. I am wondering how far out and can move those bolts and, even then, would it still get bound up? I am probably going to move them out and test it, but, should I be contacting my dealer? How far out are your steering stop bolts? Could something else be going on?

My steering angle bolts have a little over an inch of thread showing. Something I read stated that to properly adjust those bolts, you are to raise the front of the tractor with a sling so that the front axle hangs so that it can be articulated through its entire range of motion to check for rubbing or binding.
