You may see some cross-pollination, especially on new products, but don't look for wholesale changes. Both companies have some well established OEM contracts. In addition it just isn't the Korean way. It is more likely that they will co-operate behind the scenes, but maintain a large amount of independence.

TYM swallowed up Branson, so check your crystal ball in 5 years.

When I bought my 2400 a TYM 25 (TYM something of about the same hp as the 2400) was sitting adjacent to my to be purchased Branson (dual dealership). While the seller was getting me an invoice to pay, I mosied over to the TYM and kicked the tires and gave it a going over.......I didn't change my mind on my purchase.

Have noticed in the last few months Branson up dating their website and promises more to come also seem several new promotion videos from Branson and they plan to open a new wharehouse assembly plant in the north east , doesn't look like they plan on throwing it out anytime soon
