You don't have to BUY them, I'll GLADLY give you all you can haul.
I grow them in my fields.

Same here. Cant count how many plastic electric fence post Ive snapped just trying to get them in the ground. Ifn ya took all the rocks out of my dirt Id be below sea level.

Now you guys can't give him all of them I've got a whole bunch to get rid of also.

while you guys are sliding on ice and snow, I was getting my potato and collards field ready. First flung 250 pounds of 34-0-0 down, then rototilled everything at a blistering 1.2mph. That was sure a comfortable ride...

Then I got on my Super A to hill the field and boy was that the opposite. Really hurt my arms to drive so made the decision I just can't drive something that old. I need power steering...time for this Super A to go on to the next person. Particularly when my neighbor came over to help me and he did a better job hilling with my little Massey and a rear mounted hiller (I can't use due to fused neck, can't turn head around easily), so I took a look at his part, took a look at mine, felt my arms and neck screaming and the handwriting was clearly on the wall. My fireman neighbor sold his 2 series JD SCUT because he only used it for mowing, and now misses seat time. I'm happy to give him some.

Just a lovely day out, mid seventies and sunny.

No, there is not one tiny little rock in that whole field. Can't buy a rock here...;)

I can see from your pictures how working a field could become addictive. I love how that looks.

Nice daugen! . . . I'm a little envious, nice field . . . must be the beginnings of your "needy field" . . . going to be nice. :drink:

Spent a couple of hours yesterday cleaning up about 12-14 inches of snow here in the mountains of California.

I spread a load of gravel on a driveway. Then I took 4 scoops of gravel to fix another driveway. IMG_1418.JPG

thanks.
Nice note last night from food pantry about a local community in this area, closer to the shore, out in the middle
of nowhere, a community without any grocery store of any kind for 15 miles and no supermarket for further than that.
Very high percentage under poverty level.
And they appear quite interested in my cabbage and collards:

"When we talked to the group down there about how we can help them.
The opportunity to get fresh produce made them almost giddy"

When you get giddy over a head of cabbage...

Every day is an opportunity for kindness.

That's got to make you feel good. Part of our family's Christmas celebration used to include buying for people in need, through my parent's church. One woman asked for toilet paper. We can debate all that we want about how much help people need or deserve, but when somebody asks for TP for Christmas they are more destitute than I will ever understand.

Between everyone in the family that year who brought a roll or four, I don't believe the woman ran out for a while.

I recently purchased a set of 5.5 X 60" for my 36" forks. Haven't had a chance to use them yet. I doubt if I will be able to bend them with my little tractor. Have not been able to bend the Kubota forks yet.

Ive used the Kubota forks i got for my B2601 (I bought them at the same time as the tractor and got 5 years @ Zero interest) and ive never had any trouble with them, even while lifting a pallet of bricks that was a bit too heavy for the tractor.

The ones i have are the ones that quick attach to the skid-steer plate on the tractor. I was kinda scared of the ones that attach to a bucket because it puts the load too far forward of the lifting frame (in my opinion).

What do you use to do that? this spring i will have to spread about 30yards of gravel on my driveway/parking pad becuase its been too many years since thats been done.
is there a way to effeciently do this? do you just use the bucket or a land rake or what?
