I kinda been through that same question recently. Look in U-Tube and search what you want... I didn't try any but some guys show it can be done with some success..

You need a die for the tubing and the tubing may have to be thin walled. The die has sq shoulders on it where the pipe dies are round. It may work with pipe dies just give it a try. I could not get it to work as the tube would try to flatten out on the sides

Those cheap hydraulic pipe benders are more like pipe kinkers.
How many tubes you wish to bend? Wall thickness? Appearance? It all cost money. For a small project fill the tubing with sand, tack caps, heat till red and bend over a radius you want. Gentle taps with hammer while hot. With a little practice not hard. Doing cold requires investment in tooling.

Are you looking for a tight corner bend or just an arch in a long piece? Either way, the HF type benders won't work.
If you need an arch, you might check with fence companies that do ornamental gates; we'd often just roll a stick of metal for someone that needed X" rise in Y'.
If you need corners they might have them, or can get them with their next order from King.

I made myself a bender just the other day . The tubing I was bending was very high tensile ( top rail for a garage dr. opener) but it's what I had and I didn't want to spend any money for the project just putting in time in the shop where it was warm.

You don't want any more than a 1/16" tolerance over the width of your tubing I used a 5/32 welding rod centered to collapse the inside of the tube which is necessary to keep the sides of the tube from flaring & splitting.

Only had 4 bends to make so didn't spend a lot of time being fancy making it but had good results.

VERY NICE JOB.. all the way around.. I really like the foot rest too.!!!
What are u using for the back seat..?? factory seat?
Mine came w/ the back seat but my MAIN seat frame{wood} has rotted.. IF u were "making" the rear seat, I'd be interested in the process.{pics}
I went to a g.cart dealer & asked if they ever heard of a "poly" frame.?? They said no, just wood.. I think they just wanted to sell me a used 1 for 80.00.??
I find it hard to believe that NO ONE has come out w/ a "plastic" front seat frame to build off of.. They have them for boat seats..
Anyway> GOOD JOB..
