Hanging on tight to my woodburning stove - even though firewood is expensive and hard to find around here. Just did some more research on pellet stoves and the negative reviews scare me - apparently not very dependable and parts for some are hard to find. Not to mention they don't work when the power goes off, which is fairly often around here.
They also can be noisy, like sitting next to a Miller hot air furnace.

very seldom leave the house with this new fangled iPhone
try to remember to turn this new iPhone on every evening to see if somebody left a message worth returning
if I'm outside and have to pee - no need to return to the house
still have the old wood burning stove, in case of emergency haven't used it in 22 years
take my shoes off when entering the house - a trait learned from years in Ak - cuts down on mud/snow tracked all over the house

I use 300 watt incandescent bulbs in an unshielded lamp fixture for a work light especially for painting because nothing else does as good job but why else would you desire an incandescent bulb?
