You just pumped the brake piston chamber full of grease. The fitting you removed was a bleeder, not a grease zerk.

Welcome to TBN
I'll suggest to attempt to bleed brakes similar to bleeding auto brakes. One needs to have engine running while bleeding procedure is performed so trans pump can keep brake reservoir replenished with hyd oil.

I am with TxJim, try and push the grease out by bleeding the brakes. If you do not want to run the tractor while bleeding the brakes, you can remove plug 5 and fill after about ten pedal pushes. Also do not allow the pedal to "snap back" or you could damage the brake valve.
Any idea how much grease was pumped in?
Over time, I think the grease that does not come out by bleeding the brakes will dissolve, after all grease is used to hold packings and o rings in place during assembly.

About half a cup full of grease gone in bleeders ,would changeing hydraulic oil and filter do the job

What part in the schematic is the bleeder?

Bleed them thoroughly first. Your contamination may be from other sources as well. Get as much of that grease out as you can then dump the oil and change the filter.
