Then dont drive the million dollar highway in colorado from silverton to ouray.

And i like Michelin tires.

The blue hole is a natural spring that is very deep. Has gravel lot right next to it, so 100 ft walk.

Several paddle boats on miss and ohio river. American queen is like a cruise, you dont just stop and hop on.

starting to focus on first leg, from here to New Orleans. Software maps most efficient route, not necessarily where I want to go at all time,
and it's the where to do lunch along the way, where to get off main road and go see something fun, that's what I need to plug in, or at least make a list of possibles
to choose from.
Each letter on map is a rv campground.
Sorry if not to scale, may have to zoom in

First stop is short trip to campground rated very highly in Fayetteville NC, could have driven further but didn't want to push first day.
So from Fayetteville/Wade NC to Atlanta Georgia, where should I get off the highway?

I always tried to use 2 lane back roads whenever possible. I liked to see small towns and more rural areas. But I always did it with a passenger car and didn't have to worry about steeper slopes or tighter curves.

I'd avoid atlanta. Only drove by once, it was the craziest traffic. Just excessive speed and people weaving in and out. Course Nashville is getting like that. LA or new york wasnt as bad as Atlanta.

I havent driven through Atlanta in almost 20 years, but back last century I drove through quite regularly.
I always loved driving through, it was the closest I will ever be to driving in a NASCAR race!

The closest I have been to that is driving around Laquardia a/p in the 80s.
