Thanks for the pics, was out of town up to Chicago this weekend and this is my first chance to see them other than mini phone pics.
So how do you take your lumber off after cutting? I load my saw from one side and unload from the other, stack it on my home made pallets so I can take them away with the tractor..

I want to construct my cover with a "room" on the end to cover the head of my saw and have a little storage area..
^^^^^^^^^^^^^>>16' wide, 32' long, ceiling height 8' at lowest, with plenty of roof overhang. My sawmill is like yours, my log load on same way, sawdust goes on other side, but my board and timbers come off different, basically to keep a wall against the north.
^^^^^^
A>>>all long boards and timber come off this end, if it a heavy beam I hook my pto winch on and winch the beam off mill, I do have a roller on that end so once the beam is on roller it dont take much to pull the beam.
B <<<< this is where I take boards off shorter then 16', sticker them if they are gong to sit there for a while, at A and B I can use tractor forks to move lumber.
C<<< is where I box up stickers there a bunch there in that picture need to be put in that 2x8' box then strapped and moved.

^^^^^^ First picture is where I put boards that need to be trimmed, I can stack quite a few on fold down shelf brackets. 2nd pic is where sawdust goes, but now i hind sight I want to eventually put down 16' of 2'x4' metal grading under where the sawdust comes out of mill, fall into long box or conveyor belt under floor, then there would be no sawdust under foot.
