Joe Namath is mild compared to what we have been suffering thru. "Plexaderm" 3 5 minute ads in a one hour show. These are "old" syndicated re-runs.

My wife fell for a free sample of something like that. They got her cc for the shipping fee, then started billing $200 a month. MasterCard did nothing to help, and we had to cancel her cc to stop them.

Since we watch the old TV channels and watch scary stuff like In The Heat of the Night, Matt Lock, The Rifle Man etc.....those channels all play that friggn sad sack of bovine waste......

FYI, the commercial has been updated, it no longer begins with that sad weak stuttering Hiiiiigh Ahmmmmm Joe....????ah Namath.... :laughing:
But that sad sack Peyton and Brad Pasty can both pound sand for the Nation wide commercials as well......
Used to be a time commercial were funny and witty....but now......

It is the "My Pillow" ads that I am tired of. They are everywhere, tv and radio, ads every 30 seconds it seems like. Now they have added mattress toppers, sheets, blankets it is non stop.
