kubota or mahindra

Everybody is gonna tell you that "their tractor" is the best. So take our opinions as such. But to trash another brand, never having owned it, is childish and foolish.

You need to pick the tractor that feels right for you and solves most of your needs irrelevant of the price. You're gonna own it for a long time, so the pricing difference, while important, should not be your primary concern.

I chose mine over Kubota or Deere for the following reasons:
* It was heavier than the same HP of the others, making HD work easier to do
* It will NEVER require DEF, or regen cycles, and thus eliminates even the possibility of an issue there
*The ergonomics of the 2538 fit me better than the other two

Now that I've got 1100 hours on it, with no issues what so ever, I'm satisfied with my decision.

But that doesn't mean it will be the same for you.

No need to own a Pinto to know what one was all about.

To somewhat I agree. Now for my view point on Mahindra I’ve used probably 5 different ones and they all sucked.

Well, You obviously don't know the difference in someone posting broad statements, and someone posting personal experiences.

Just because someone ''has worked in the industry'' means nothing compared to the experience of actually owning a product

Yes, You own a scag, something you have ownership experience with. Not actual tractor owner experience.
I own a kubota something I have experience with

The Guys/dealer I bought my kubota diesel from said they had never seen a failure like that. So I would say, experience of actually owning out weights 'working in the industry''

I would say my experience may just trump yours , as I have worked in the industry and actually own them too !

But instead of chest thumping. Why not just let the guy buy what best fits his needs and likes ? Especially if you have never owned the brand you are trashing

You simply aren稚 worth any more of my time.

Wise decision
There is something to be said about a man that knows his limitations

There is a thread on TBN about US market share, but Kubota hovers around 50% and is the largest US tractor company. Deere is 2nd, somewhere around 20-25%. Everyone else combined makes up the rest, all under 10% individually.

no doubt Kubota has a pretty large share of the compact tractor market.
I don't know of any other brand offer financing @ 0% for a term to 84 mo.?
That in alone will put you up there in sales. They knew how to get sales up and have done a good job at it.

Kind of reminds me of when Trane Air conditioners came out with an advertising campaign of ''Its Hard To Stop A Trane''
Heck. I couldn't keep enough in stock

As other have mentioned, these two are totally different machines, that could overlap in terms of functionality.
The Kubota is a Grand L with more features and creature comfort.
The Mahindra is a Mitsubishi made that offers a decent package, but will never be at the same level as the 3560.

If you are willing to pay more for better features and release value, then go with the Kubota.
Also parts availability will be better with Kubota.
Is that not you can't get parts with Mahindra but the reality is that if you need anything beyond regular maintenance items then you will have to "wait" and "wait" then wait some more.

Take your time, try both tractors and make sure you make an informed decision.

I own both Kubota and Mahindra. The couple of times in 12 years I needed parts for the Mahindra they were in stock at the dealer. When I bought my new Kubota I waited and waited for lights, third function, and other add ons to make it to the dealer. To date my experience has been better parts availability by Mahindra.

I call BS on that unless you mean in compact tractors. In the above 100 pto horsepower market, JD is far an away the leader. If not, care to provide a substantiating link???? I don't mean an individual opinion post, I mean an industry link...

Sucked in what way ?.Maybe be a little specific instead of just spouting the drivel that you constantly spew..
