I sent a few questions to the 'contact us' feature of your website last week. What is typical turnaround time to getting a response?

Trying to narrow down what brand & model I want. But before I write off Everlast for not even responding figured I'd try here.

i have had good luck getting ahold of them - go over to weldingweb forum and get on the everlast subforum and open a thread, i get replies within a few hours there if not sooner

Thanks I'll give this a shot. Attempted to register the other week at WW, but wouldn't let me (hung after pressing the confirm/submit button). Maybe it's fixed now.

WW was down for several days. Likely still partially messed up. There is a thread on here about it.

I called when I got my plasma cutter a few years back. Got a prompt answer I think & a better than posted deal.

We are getting a lot of mass emails sent to all our email addresses each day. So sometimes a bonafied email may get sent and get sandwiched between a bunch of spam emails and get overlooked. Sometimes it may get trapped in the spam folder. The contact us form sends the addressee a notice and copy of the message. We don't access the site to see it.

Who did you sent it to?

This. It's how I got the info on my Everlast plasma cutter. One of the best things I ever bought.

Maybe this is why I didn't get a response. I never received the notice/copy either. Sounds like an error on my browser end that didn't fully submit the inquiry.

As for what I sent it to, I used the following link.

I'll send a legit email tomorrow when I get into work. I'll be able to pull the page from my history and not have to retype it all. ..... That's assuming the kid is feeling better than the last two days.
