Oldpath05 I flip the bar every time I use the saw something I was told to do, something about the way the chain rides on the rail to wear evenly. I used to have an 066 but after years of logging and using it for firewood I retired it for a new 660. I like the saw, I used to have an 880 but nothing around here justified having it. It was a present for helping a buddy log all summer and process over 100 cords of firewood. No flip caps they are the screw on ones. I'm still in pretty good shape so running the 660 all day is not a big deal I paid $1035 for the power head years ago. At one point I had 4 660's and one 880, but I only have the 2 660's now. If I need a smaller saw my father has an 039 and a 361 plus I have access to a 251 at work and another saw in the 3 something model range.
