I'm the opposite, I like cooking and do most of the cooking even when she is here... lol

Had stir fry veggies tonight with shrimp... OR as my niece calls them, sea maggots'! lol

Fried veggies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll pass, I'll take fried taters with fried deer steak slightly rare and a side order of succotash, if for some reason your a bad shot fried chicken will do, if the axe is dull stop at the nearest grocery store.

It will be interesting to see how many even know what succotash is... I believe that it was/is a New England thing.

I used dry hemlock for the 3rd floor in my barn. The wood was dry and split on the first nail that I put in. I got my drill and pre-drilled the holes. A little more work but it was so much easier to nail down. Had I known about it splitting when dry I would have nailed it down green.

Thats what I call shell-beans and corn, just had some tonight with imitation deer steak. There might be variations of succotash but I like this combo, even better the sec night. And for desert I had some fresh out of the oven molasses cookies, not my favorite but they was good, slightly crunchy outside, moist inside.

I always have some guberment beef in my freezer, in fact I always have enough so I can share some with a few friends who need it.

I don't like handling big stuff like that because my back hates me afterwards.

That's why I don't do any of that heavy lifting anymore either, my back got abused enough when it was younger!!
