Well, the first tractor to go by was a fruit farmer on a deere, so I flagged him down and he pulled me out, I was high centered.

It happened pretty fast and I didn't want to hold the guy up, so no picts..

I knew better, but I didn't listen to myself!!

Space is like a vacuum; it will always fill up.

To you guys who are worried about chains on concrete floors. Try backing a snowsled with picked track into a wooden floored shed for the summer. I put boards down, and it spit them out just like the throwing machine at your little league training camp.
Why was you backing in?

Backing it off the truck into the shed for the summer. I buy a new sheet of plywood for the truck bed every fall, and cut two feet off each end in spring because they're chewed up so badly. It's **** on ice though!

A loader wouldn't have done me any good...

EXCEPT, I could have fixed the washout when I got out, but I wasn't getting paid for that, nor was I there to do that.

AND, I wasn't on my loader tractor... :)

I have junk in my shop too and I would like to clean it out, I just never seem to make time to do it. There is always something that seems more important. Truth is I could get projects done faster if I had fewer things I have to move around to get to what I want. :confused3:

Sound bout the same as endless supply of scrap boards, to short to use and to good to throw out,

OH my God... the story of my life after getting the sawmill!!! Some I cut up and add to the firewood pile, some I just burn as is, and some I store to do that to later cause I cant figure out what to do with it!

You never know when you might need one of those thingys someday. The minute you get rid of it, you'll need it.

... and I've come up with a great way to find those thingys when they are lost in the jumble and I know I have one, but just can't find it: go out and buy a new one. Guaranteed that once it is installed, the old one will turn up within a couple days.
