Has anyone made something for their pallet forks to haul/push big piles of brush? I am not talking just slip on extensions, but maybe something that makes the entire frame 6-8ft wide with the forks spaced 6-8ft too?

Saw a photo where a farm gate or a section of temporary fence was used. They were hauling leaves.

If you use something like a cattle gate or a livestock pen section, and pushing small items to line the heavy frame with a lighter (but not to light) fence or a pig panel/something that the debris will not rip apart but small enough openings that the debris will not come through and damage your tractor (I have seen limbs puncture radiators). If you can handle the weight of a cattle gate and expanded mesh metal, that would be ideal in my opinion.
Weld in a couple of slots for your forks to slide into and use a chain and binder to secure it to the fork frame and start pushing.

I did this. They are easy to clamp on to my forks.

I haul a lot of brush with my pallet fork extensions and just never hardly drop anything if I stack it right. Sometimes I use my manure forks but my home made extensions that slip on the forks allow me to haul one heck of a pile. Only problem is seeing over and around it.

Yep, same problem with the 54 inch wide, 4 foot long brush fork:
