Red Oak. 16" diameter and 10' length. Made a big ol' Whomp when the cutters dropped it 15' to the ground.

Have to be a very light wood coz it sure hasn't loaded the back of your truck.

The dollie isn’t a lot short of the center of the load and they probably blocked the truck for the picture.

I highly doubt they ever moved that load with it. A trailer like that would have air brakes. You’d have to be suicidal to crib the brakes and attempt to pull it. The other obvious problem besides the lack of a hitch would be the trailer would be in the cab with anything short of a straight line.

I ended up with about 5 cords of ash mostly big stuff. A lot of the rounds were over 3+ foot diameter.

I didn't thnk that they would, but still doesn't mean it wasn't abused.
