Does the fuse blow as soon as you turn the switch to on without trying to engage the starter?

I would locate the stop solenoid relay and pull it. If it blows the fuse with the relay pulled then it would be a wire grounding from the fuse to the relay. If it only blows with relay installed, then it will be the relay, wires going to the solenoid, or the solenoid itself. It is not starting because it is not getting fuel.

I wish I had a schematic of the Stop solenoid circuit. Most will have a "snubber" diode across the solenoid coil to prevent the back EMF that comes out of a coil from feeding back into the rest of the electrical system. If this shorts that could cause instant fuse blowing. But start by isolating and unplugging the solenoid coil. Replace fuse and test again. Something in the back of my mind reminds me that the Kubota method of fuel shut off control is nothing like my Kioti, but I cannot remember how it works. You really really really need a schematic. Whether you know how to read them or not, others do. Me for instance. I could direct you If I had a good schematic of the stop solenoid circuit. Workshop manual would be great Now would be a good time to buy one.

Okey Dokey. Found a workshop manual. This is going to be a bit more involved that I first thought. Since this Key stop fuse, controls, the OPC, (Operator Presence Control timer) which is integrated with the seat switch, the PTO lockout switch as well as the stop Relay which controls the stop Solenoid. It does have two coils on the stop solenoid a high current one for the "pull" coil and a low current one for the "hold" coil. There are instructions in the manual for testing the OPC and these various relays, switches and coils. Why don't you contact me? This ain't going to be easy. Would hurt to take a quick look at the wiring on the seat switch and the PTO microswitch (up on the right fender) to see none are rubbing on to the frame ground. Would be worth a look. The OPC seems to be up under the dash and won't be much fun.

To All That Helped Me On This Site.A Big Thank You Very Much. It Was In The Lever On The Fender That Selects PTO On. Shorted Out Wire.NOW The Fun Part.Put It Back Together. Again Thanks
