I've been trying to find out if my hydraulic lines are running too tight a curve. I can't find any guidance online that I can understand, but i sure don't want them to be at risk of rupture. I'm attaching pictures if that is helpful, but would appreciate it if anyone has advice on this. Thanks.

That one hose looks a little short but I don't think it will cause any issues.

All hose (at least the decent stuff) has a published minimum bend radius.
I would say that bend is too tight of radius. Adding a 45 or 90 deg JIC Adapter might reduce the bend enough with out replacing the hose.

I would put a 45deg or 90 deg swivel adap;tor on that hose. Pressure fluctuations will put pressure on the clamping edge hose area. Cheap insurance.

Completely, 1000% uneducated, unprofessionally trained opinion ... too tight. Add a 45 as suggested. If that's as new as it looks, maybe have the dealer do it as a warranty item.

Go to any site that is a supplier of hydraulic hoses and with the knowledge of what your hose is compare it to suppliers hose and its specifications for bends...

I agree with others...Looks a little tight...

Thank you all. It looked too tight to me. I hate being in the position of having to keep asking my dealer to fix things on a brand new tractor.

Actually things like this is something that dealer should have never let tractor off his lot with something like that.... Keep going back till dealer gets it right....

I’d put 2 45s in it and it would be a lot better.
