Just got a notice that Netflix is "Updating" their price by another $1.00 to give us "more" .
I have not seen a lot of adds to Netflix and am trying to convince my wife to drop them.

Anyone else getting fed up with them raising prices and giving less high rated movies (they seem to have dropped a lot of content since March).

Anyone know how to contact them to complain ?

We watch Netflix more than anything else on TV except college football and Cardinal baseball.

Their programming is better than Amazon and new series are mostly good. I’m sure it is not cheap to continually come up with new content.

I don’t like fee increases but we haven’t got to the point of canceling. Maybe one day.

Netflix is in the game to make $ and grow the stock price. If they can raise prices and grow subscribers, their stock will continue to grow through the roof. They raise prices at the beginning of winter as there is mush less folks can do outside at night. Most folks grin and bear it through winter and then forget to cancel come Spring.

I can’t blame them.

I also believe they make it impossible to contact them to complain. Very easy to join - harder to cancel and impossible to communicate. They are not unique in that strategy.

Which is the plan. An extra buck a month (with promises of "more" which usually translates into more stuff you're not interested in) and customers will grumble but relatively few will cancel.
I've never subscribed to them, but I don't imagine any of the streaming services is gonna make it easy to cancel. SiriusXM has to be the king of that.

We dropped Netflix. Wasn't paying more for what they offered, which just isn't much.

We watch more YouTube videos than anything anymore. Most TV shows aren't worth my time to watch. The few times lately I have tried to get into new shows, they turn around and cancel them on the 1st or 2nd season.

We dropped Netflix when they put out that pedophile show about children in beauty contests. Since then, we have found plenty of other shows to watch. Same thing happened when we dropped Dish and went to the Antenna and Roku. Lots of options out there that cost a lot less money!!!

$14 a month for two simultaneous connections with HD. I think it's still a bargain.

There is a ton of content on Netflix I don't want to watch but I still find plenty I like.

My only beef is the auto preview they went to with the Roku service. My old TV app didn't have that and it included ratings which I liked but it started locking up the TV to the point I would have to unplug it and reboot.

I share my account with my daughter and she shares her Prime with us. We both get the benefits of two services for the price of one.

If you want to look at it that way, but to me, you're getting two services for the price of two.

Typical, just yesterday I was reading an article about all the shows going away Jan 1 and now a price increase. I would like to cancel cable, Netflix, and Amazon but my girls would have a duck.

I have both Netflix and Amazon Prime. If I had drop one it would be Netflix. I find their offerings getting a bit thin.

We dropped Netlfix. Easy to cancel and easy to sign up again when needed now days. We picked up HBOmax and have really like that so far, will jump when we get sick of content on there. We also have Hulu that we pause during the summer months since don't watch it much then.
