Hunt, what are you using to take those aerial videos? I really like the quality, the distance away from operator and the flying time you get with it. I've never had one but thought about it many times. Maybe I'll get myself a late Christmas gift.

I am flying a DJI Mavic Air 2, My wife bought it for me for my birthday , "they" say it is the Drone of the decade . A little pricey but great stuff on it! It has a 4k camera (whatever that is I'm not a camera guy) as far as distance from the operator they say it has a range of 6 miles, I'll never find out if that's true or not. I did have it out 4000 feet today though!!!

Man they're only $800 here.. still not cheap, but they almost fly themselves. Well her birthday was in the middle of the bad part of the pandemic and we were badly short $$, I did get her an apple watch for Christmas does that count? She said it was my 65th birthday and they only come along once so she splurged a little, I've been trying to explain to her that next year , my 66th birthday, only comes along once also and to start saving... but shes not buying it!

That's funny. I guess every day is special, because it only happens once in your lifetime. Better make the best of it.

If those were $800 CAD I might talk myself into getting one but not for $1200 plus tax ($1,344). Most of the difference in price is our Canadian dollar in not worth as much as the US dollar and the idiot running our country is trying to make worth even less.

When I started looking for a new rifle to be nice to my old shoulder I hadn't really even heard of Tikka other than just in passing, but everywhere I looked it kept pointing to the Tikka.. so I got one.. it was hard to pass up another Win M70 to do it, but I am very pleased!

I am not a big horn guy, but I did keep them , they are out on a tree branch drying with the skull plate. Ever hear of Hickory Hills? They are a processing place near me, the sell thier stuff through Cabelas and Bass Pro and stuff, big time guys. Well like I said they are close to me so I took it there and had a bunch of Summer sausage, and snack sticks and stuff made with it. I normally take one deer a year there to get the good stuff made. And I have so much burger I might never run out.. not from just this guy but over the last couple years.

Ya Hunt, that is the only way I like deer or smoked . . . it's elk hands down for me.

I guess I don't understand your first question and 3D image.

As far as a 3 yd rifle.. 3 yards is only 9 feet, that's not to far, a big rock maybe!!:laughing:

OH!! you meant 300 yards!! I have a Tikka t3x Hunter Stainless fluted in 6.5 MM Creedmoor. T3x HUNTER STAINLESS FLUTED BARREL | Tikka

I took this guy with it this year at a lasered 296 yards.. not too bad
